Yawar “YawaR” Syed was raised in Karachi Pakistan but has since moved to the US to further his competitive career. Yawar was always very competitive and wanted to become a Cricketer. That all changed on one fateful day when his brother introduced him to DotA. The game appealed to him like none other and sparked the flame of competition that drives him to this day. Outside of gaming, he enjoys hobbies such as singing and watching sports.

Quinn “Quinn” Callahan grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has played video games his entire life. Games like Oblivion, Garry’s Mod and TF2 were all things he loved to play growing up. When Quinn eventually stumbled upon DotA 2, other games just seemed to lose their luster and faded into memories. He began his DotA 2 journey in late 2012 when he was gifted a beta key. Since then he has done nothing but strive to be the best player there is. He simply wants to win.

Rodrigo “LESLÃO” Santos was born in New York City but raised in Brazil. He started playing Warcraft 3 early on and was introduced to DotA by a friend in school during sixth grade. He spent the lion-share of his time playing MOBAs such as Heroes of Newerth competitively. He then switched to Dota 2 and has since continued his professional journey by joining the Soniqs.

Arif “MSS” Anwar, born in Brooklyn NY, ran away from home at the age of 17 to play competitive DotA 2. His hobbies include watching anime and going to the gym. If he's not playing DotA 2, he likes to spend his time playing TFT, random single player games, or touhou.

Adrian “Fata” Trinks, who comes from Berlin, Germany, has had a long DotA career. He started playing Warcraft 3's version of DotA more than 15 years ago which springboarded into his current competitive Dota2 career. He now looks to use this experience to guide the Soniqs DotA2 roster to the top.

Jack “KBBQ” Chen was born in Shanghai and raised in NY. He grew up playing basketball, football, and computer games in general. Specifically RTS titles like Age of Empires 2, Starcraft and Warcraft. This is where he first came into contact with DotA and has been absorbed in it ever since. Throughout his life, he has been a writer, podcaster, interpreter and broadcast commentator. He has since turned his attention to trying to help grow and support professional teams at the highest level, working the last few years with the core Quincy Crew roster that now is a part of the Soniqs.
